The NBA's Second Half Schedule has, at long last and two weeks before the All-Star break, been released.

The league doesn't capitalize on Easter Sunday in the same way it does with Christmas, which features a full day's worth on nationally televised matchups starring the league's best teams and brightest stars.

However, this year's Easter lineup will include one notable marquee matchup.

On Sunday, April 4, the defending champion Los Angeles Lakers will face the Los Angeles Clippers at 12:30 p.m. PT on ABC. It's the only game of the holiday that will be broadcast on a major network (TNT/ABC/ESPN).

Later in the day, the Golden State Warriors will face the Atlanta Hawks (4:30 p.m. PT) and the Orlando Magic will visit the Denver Nuggets (7 p.m. PT). Both games will run on NBATV.

Here's the rest of the Easter hoops slate, with all games to be aired on local affiliates (all times Pacific):

  • Brooklyn Nets at Chicago Bulls (11 a.m.)
  • Charlotte Hornets at Boston Celtics (3 p.m.)
  • Memphis Grizzlies at Philadelphia 76ers (4 p.m.)
  • New Orleans Pelicans at Houston Rockets (5 p.m.)

The rematch between the Lakers and Clippers will mark the second time the Western Conference rivals meet in the 2020-21 season. The Staples Center co-tenants faced off on the opening night of the season, Dec. 22.

In that matchup, a Lakers home game, the Clippers bested the Lakers — who received their championship rings prior to tip-off — 116-109.

The two teams will meet for a third and final time this season on Thursday, May 6, in a TNT matchup (7 p.m. PT) that will count as a Clippers home game, as well. Of course, the contenders could cross paths in the playoffs, too.

Entering Wednesday, the Clippers (23-10) lead the Lakers (22-10) by 0.5 games in the Pacific Division. The Clippers trail the top-seeded Utah Jazz (25-6) by three games in the West playoff picture.

The Lakers will aim to stop their three-game losing skid with a road visit to Utah on Wednesday.
