One of the biggest aspects that led to the Los Angeles Lakers' historic title run last season was the leadership of LeBron James. If you ask teammate Anthony Davis, LeBron's ability to excel both on and off the basketball court has to boil down to his success in finding a proper work-life balance.

When talking about LeBron's overall disposition, Davis admitted that he has never seen the four-time league MVP angry:

“He's always happy. I've never seen LeBron mad — he's always happy,” Davis told Colin Ward-Henninger of CBS Sports. “But on the flipside, he's so determined and hard-working for basketball. So it's a balance, and you've got to find a balance.”

We've all seen LeBron exhibiting some frustration during games — that's only natural. However, as Davis expressed above, this is not something that lingers in James' mind. He leaves everything on the basketball court knowing at the back of his mind that at the end of the day, this is just a game.

In spite of the fact that LeBron is widely considered as one of the greatest to have ever played the sport, what makes him even more admirable is the things he does outside the realm of basketball. A highly-respected family man, James is also a prominent voice in the African American community as he never shies away from getting heavily involved in socio-political issues whenever he deems apt and necessary. LeBron is an established entrepreneur as well, with several lucrative business ventures under his belt.

As Davis said above, it's all about finding a balance.
