Washington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal recently bought a house in Los Angeles, so naturally, some NBA fans are wondering if he's looking to get traded to the Lakers or Clippers.

Shannon Sharpe and Snoop Dogg recently talked about the possibility of the Lakers acquiring Beal and the NBA star's wife reacted to it on Twitter.

The Wizards probably won't trade Bradley Beal this offseason since the team will be getting back All-Star point guard John Wall in 2020-21. Wall missed the entire 2019-20 season recovering from his Achilles tear and it makes no sense for the Wizards to trade Beal unless they do a full rebuild and move Wall as well.

The Lakers, meanwhile, don't have the proper assets to acquire Beal, one of the best players in the entire NBA. With that being said, Lakers fans who are thinking about adding Beal alongside superstars LeBron James and Anthony Davis shouldn't get their hopes up.

During the 2019-20 regular season, Beal averaged 30.5 points, 4.2 rebounds and 6.1 assists per game for the Wizards. He shot 45.5 percent from the field, 35.3 percent from beyond the arc and 84.2 percent from the free-throw line.

However, the Wizards missed the 2020 playoffs and Beal didn't make any of the three All-NBA teams — something he and his wife were upset about.

If the Wizards struggle in 2020-21 with Wall and Beal back in the backcourt together, the offseason of 2021 could be the time when Beal gets moved to another NBA team. For now, though, expect the All-Star guard to remain in Washington.
