With all the moves the Los Angeles Lakers made this summer to form a vastly-improved lineup, it has given their fans a lot to feel positive about the 2017-18 NBA season. There have already been a lot of chatter about the team possibly making it to the playoffs, given the key additions they've added to their fold.

However, the players also have a lot to feel good about lately, as they had their first workout inside the new UCLA Health Training Center, which will be their official practice facility. Brook Lopez and Jordan Clarkson were asked to give their thoughts about it and they couldn't contain their excitement, and even compared it to having a new car and a bonding place as well.

“It's really breathtaking. It's got their new car smell where everything is pristine and nice. It's really a site to behold. It's a blessing to be a part of it. “It's got the best of everything,” Lopez said of the Lakers’ new headquarters. “It's somewhere where you can get work in and you can chill with the boys and relax, all at the same time.”

“It's beautiful man. It's a new home for us,” Clarkson said. “It's a place where we can all build together and come together as a team.”

The newly-opened state-of-the-art facility is 120,000 square-feet and has multiple whirlpools, cryogenic chambers and even its own barbershop. That said, it can easily be considered an upgrade from the Toyota Sports Center, where the Lakers used to have their practice sessions.

Now that the UCLA Health Training Center has officially been opened, it could give the players extra motivation to play better, as the Lakers are giving them only the best in order to speed up their rebuilding process and make them a winning group once again.
