Enes Kanter Freedom has been making quite a name for himself of late for being somewhat of an attack dog against Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James. The Boston Celtics big man recently guested on BasketballNews.com's The Rematch with Ethan Thomas wherein Kanter decided to drop another bombshell about his recent criticism about LeBron.

In the interview, Kanter revealed that he does not only have the support of the players in his relentless criticism of LeBron but that in fact, it's actually the Black athletes from around the league that have been pushing him to attack not only the Lakers star but Michael Jordan as well:

“Whenever I talk about it was never about Black or white athletes, or red or purple athletes. It was never about a color,” Kanter said. “I even had a conversation with many of my teammates, and the thing that people don’t understand is many of the Black athletes in the league are reaching out to me and telling me, they are the ones telling me to call out these people, that people. Not many people know about  that. They are the ones telling me to call out the hypocrisies of LeBron James or the hypocrisies of Michael Jordan. Not many people know but they are the ones actually sending me talking points about you can’t say this, you can’t say that.”

Kanter went on to say that these players are basically using him as their platform to express their own frustrations against LeBron. Kanter alleges that a lot of factors are preventing these players from speaking their minds freely which is why they have been encouraging Kanter to be their voice.

These are some pretty strong allegations from the Celtics center here. If these are true then this would mean that a lot of players from around the league actually feel the same way he does against the Lakers superstar. It's not just LeBron too, but he's also decided to name-drop the GOAT himself, Michael Jordan, in his most recent bombshell here. One thing we can say for sure is that Enes Kanter Freedom clearly has no intention of backing down from this highly-controversial issue.
