It's no secret that Kobe Bryant is a man of many things, including being a Los Angeles Dodgers fan. That's why after the team clinched the MLB World Series on Tuesday, the family of the late Los Angeles Lakers icon posted throwback pictures of him in Dodgers games.

His daughter Natalia shared on Instagram a sweet photo of them attending a Dodgers game when she was still a kid.

She also posted a more recent picture of their family watching a Dodgers game, all of them proudly wearing team gear.

Per an article on Lakers Daily, Kobe's beloved wife Vanessa also posted a couple of photos on her now-private Instagram.

Kobe, who passed away last January after a tragic helicopter crash, admitted growing up as a New York Mets fan. But he also became an ardent supporter of the Dodgers as he spent the majority of his life in the City of Angels.

The Dodgers didn't have a hard time embracing the five-time NBA champion. The team invited him to throw the first pitch in 2015, and he also wore a Manny Machado no. 8 jersey just like his original number in the NBA. In 2018, he was called up to announce the Dodgers' lineup in Game 4 of the MLB World Series against the Boston Red Sox.

Following his death, the Dodgers paid numerous tributes to Kobe, with players posting messages of admiration for the NBA legend.

Last August 24, in what would've been Kobe's 42nd birthday, the Dodgers made a heartwarming video narrated by legendary team announcer Vin Scully. The entire Dodgers roster also wore Kobe jerseys.

Kobe Bryant must be smiling up there, celebrating the Dodgers' seventh championship.
