Former Los Angeles Lakers guard Kyle Kuzma had a very simple but on-point post in response to the scuffle between LeBron James and Isaiah Stewart.

Earlier Sunday, in a game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Detroit Pistons, LeBron James and Isaiah Stewart got into a heated exchange. The tussle almost erupted into something far bigger.

Early in the 3rd quarter and the Lakers trailing by 11, James hit Stewart with an elbow to the face while they battled for position on a free throw. Stewart took exception and wanted a piece of LeBron. With blood streaming down Stewart's face, he did not relent, continuously charging different members of the Lakers.

The PA announcer had to instruct the fans in attendance not to walk onto the court. That is eerily reminiscent of the Malice at the Palace years ago.

Stewart was initially whistled for a loose ball foul on the made free throw. After review, James was assessed a Flagrant 2 and was ejected from the game. Stewart was given two different technicals, which led to his ejection. Lakers point guard Russell Westbrook even received a technical, as he appeared to egg on Stewart during the melee.

This was only the 2nd time in LeBron James' career that he has been ejected from a game. The first was on November 28, 2017, against the Miami Heat.

Kyle Kuzma, along with many other fans and players alike, watched on in disbelief as the encounter caused a 15 minute delay.
