Who did LeBron James think was in his corner but really wasn't? That's the question raised after the four-time NBA MVP tweeted a cryptic tweet earlier tonight.

Who is LeBron talking about and is this in reference to him losing the MVP race to Giannis Antetokounmpo? A lot of questions are being raised by this tweet by The King.

LeBron has already made his opinions on the MVP voting known, noting that it “pissed him off” when he found out that he did not win.

“Pissed me off. That's my true answer,” James said following the Western Conference Finals opener. “It pissed me off, because out of 101 votes, I got 16 first-place votes. That's what pissed me off more than anything. You know, not saying that the winner wasn't deserving of the MVP. But that pissed me off. And I finished second a lot in my career, either from a championship, and now four times as an MVP.”

Could this tweet be in reference to an MVP voter who LeBron thought he had in his pocket but decided to vote for Giannis instead? The tweet leaves a lot of room over for speculation. But one thing's for sure – LeBron James will come to play in Game 2.

James and the Lakers head into Game Two of the WCF up 1-0. Game Two will take place Sunday night at 7:30 ET on TNT. Los Angeles beat both the Portland Trail Blazers and the Houston Rockets in five games in the first two rounds of the playoffs to advance.
