LeBron James was in a congratulatory mood following the Los Angeles Lakers' 116-08 victory against the Utah Jazz on Sunday. The Lakers superstar heaped praise on his teammate, Anthony Davis, crediting the 6-foot-10 big man for raising LA's level of play to a whole new level this entire season.

In a post-game interview, LeBron explained why he believes Davis is such a special player:

LeBron hit the nail on the head here, and Davis absolutely did it all against the Jazz, finishing with 42 points on 13-of-28 shooting (and 12-of-15 from the line), four triples, 12 boards, four assists, three steals, a block, and just one turnover in 40 minutes of action.

James was not bad himself, though, logging 22 points on 9-of-16 shooting, along with two three's, eight rebounds, nine assists, two steals, and a block in another all-around performance for him.

LA's win means that they have officially clinched the top seed in the West after just three games played inside the bubble. It will now be a waiting game for them, as the eighth seed in the conference won't be determined until after a play-in tournament at the end of the seeding games.

Both Davis and LeBron James have worked extremely hard in the Lakers' first tree games since the restart, and one or two load management evenings might be in store for them in the immediate future. After all, LA will need to keep their superstars fresh for what is surely going to be a tough postseason ahead.
