LeBron James is one of the best players of the Los Angeles Lakers in spite of the fact that he's already 35 years of age. Now that he's not playing due to the league suspension, he's taking time to answer questions from his fans. One of those questions was especially awkward.

A fan asked him about which team he will swear off for the rest of his career. The query was eye-catching enough that Bron actually took the time to consider his action. While the answer he gave was pretty much expected, it was the second half of his message that would surprise fans and endear him to a group that is already impressed with his body of work.

ClutchPoints shared the segment that answered the question, and fans definitely saw the wheels churning inside James' head as he tried to navigate his way safely through that landmine of a question.

“I'm still playing, man; I gotta keep all my options open, man.”

It's his follow-up to the question that will make a lot of Lakers fans smile.

“Right now, I'll tell you one thing. I don't want to go nowhere besides be here, baby. Be a Laker for the rest of my life.”

The way he approached the question showed just how much experience James has garnered through 17 years of playing in the league. He masterfully provided the question that would make all parties happy.

However, it's hard to imagine him playing anywhere else besides the Lakers. He's already 35, and it's only a matter of time until Father Time catches up to him. However, everyone can agree that James is still one of the best in the business with his averages of 25.7 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 10.6 assists.

It's very likely that he'll play with his son Bronny in the NBA in the future when that time comes, and it's possible that the final stop in his illustrious career will be wherever his son ends up. However, that's still far in the future.
