Los Angeles Lakers guard Josh Hart gave a nice little smile to the camera after finishing a tough and-1 in Monday night's game against the Sacramento Kings.

After an aggressive drive to the basket, the former Villanova star embraced the contact and finished on the layup to give the Lakers two points.

But, after doing so, he chose to showcase a solid post-play celebration by giving a flex and a smile to the nearby camera.

If you're going to earn a hard basket, you might as well get some enjoyment out of it. And that's exactly what Josh Hart did on this particular play.

He has had an important role for the Lakers this season, averaging 9.1 points and 3.2 rebounds while playing 25.9 minutes per game on the year.

Luke Walton's team has been able to rebound from a slow start by posting a 20-16 record to this point, and they'll hope to get their revenge on the Kings after losing at the buzzer in Sacramento on Thursday.

Of course, the injury to LeBron James has put the Lakers in an interesting spot over the past few games, with young players like Hart being forced into more prominent roles.

But, once LeBron returns to the lineup, Los Angeles should be able to get back on track and regain the chemistry needed to be a major player in the Western Conference going forward.

After the clash with the Kings, the Lakers will get a few days off before returning to Staples Center on Wednesday night to take on the Oklahoma City Thunder.
