The Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Miami Heat, 108-105, in a game that featured the final matchup between LeBron James and Dwyane Wade.

In true ‘Last Dance' fashion, the two best buddies exchanged jerseys after the game.

This swap in uniforms has been an unexpected trend for Dwyane Wade as of late. Stars such as Jamal Crawford and Donovan Mitchell, among others, have been fortunate to share one last picture-perfect moment with the Heat icon.

On Monday night, Wade received all the love he can get from both the Lakers and Staples Center crowd. From receiving a rousing ovation upon his first entry to having a tribute video for all to appreciate his legendary career.

LeBron James won the individual and team matchup against Dwyane Wade. The Lakers superstar tallied 28 points, nine rebounds, 12 assists, and one steal while shooting 10-of-19 from the field and 4-of-7 from three-point distance. Meanwhile, the Heat great also dished out a solid performance with 15 points, five rebounds, 10 assists, one steal, and one block.

Their career head-to-head now comes to a close with James winning by a hairline, 16-15.
