With the 2019-20 NBA season suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic, players all around the league are finding unique ways to utilize their down time. For Lakers superstar LeBron James, one way has been spending time with his family on TikTok.

James is new to the world of TikTok, but the videos he has created with his family thus far have provided a bright spot in an otherwise uncertain time. Still, the three-time champion admits that he looks a bit silly at times:

In March, James shared a TikTok video that featured him dancing along with his family to Wiz Khalifa's popular song, “Something New.”

Even before the hiatus, the Lakers star was starting to get into the TikTok groove with his family.

The NBA decided to suspend this regular season in mid-March due to ongoing concerns with COVID-19. Nearly every sporting league around the globe followed suit shortly after. Even Wimbledon was postponed to a later date, marking the first time that the event has been put off since World War II. At this point, it's not clear when play might resume, though some are hoping that games can be played later this year.

James and the Lakers were playing well prior to the suspension. In fact, Los Angeles had played its way to a Western Conference-best 49-14 overall record, and the Akron native was on pace to lead the league in assists for the first time in his career.

In his 60 appearances with the Lakers this season, James has racked up averages of 25.7 points on 49.8 percent shooting from the field 34.9 percent from beyond the arc), 10.6 assists, 7.9 rebounds and 1.2 steals in 34.9 minutes per outing.
