Rajon Rondo of the Los Angeles Lakers flopped to perfection by drawing an offensive foul from Derrick Rose of the Minnesota Timberwolves. In a seemingly danger-free inbound play, Rondo decided to tighten up on Rose. So as not to turn the ball over, Rose gently pushed him off. Little did he know that it was the bait set up by Rondo.

As observed, Derrick Rose didn't even complain. He simply smiled and accepted the fact that Rajon Rondo got the best of him in that exchange.

Rose and Rondo have had their battles against one another. The Timberwolves guard knows that his matchup for tonight is against a crafty and clever veteran. Apart from his prime job of calling out the plays for the Lakers, Rondo also has the task of nagging opposing players. After all, basketball is both a mental and physical game.

Rondo, for his part, knows about Rose's 50-point explosion the other night. And at every opportunity, he will try to ruin his rhythm.

Both teams are dealing with their fair share of struggles in the early season. The Timberwolves are dealing with trade controversies among other things that have affected the team's chemistry. The Lakers, meanwhile, are answering to the pressures put on them to start the season.
