While most players are taking vacations and spending more time with their families this summer, two Los Angeles Lakers players have been putting in a lot of work in the gym to prepare themselves for the 2017-18 NBA season.

A Snapchat video was recently shared by Larry Nance Jr. where Ivica Zubac and Brandon Ingram can be seen doing intense workouts, with the supervision of the team’s new trainer, Gunnar Peterson. From their legs to upper body muscles, the two have been completing different routines to further improve their bodies.

The video proves how dedicated the two young players are to improve on their performances this upcoming season. With the addition of Brook Lopez, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Lonzo Ball, there is already growing belief that the Lakers can make it to the playoffs once again and speed up their rebuilding process.

However, without hard work, their quest will be very difficult to achieve. The good news is Ingram and Zubac are showing very good work ethic and are sacrificing their summer breaks to stay in shape in order to contribute to the Lakers' cause starting in October.
