“It is my stepdaughter's, graduation this weekend. And she's graduating from [Clark Atlanta] tomorrow in Atlanta. So I love you, darling. Congratulations. She's the first girl who has graduated college. How amazing is that? It's a f*cking mark. So they're all in Atlanta and they're celebrating her. And obviously, I'm here with you. Wouldn't want to be anywhere else, but I love you, baby. I love you.”

Reonna was an accomplished student at Clark Atlanta University, attending the institution all four years of her college career. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. While attending Clark Atlanta she succeeded academically and was very involved on campus. She served as a queen for the Gamma Kappa chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated's Miss Kappa Alpha Psi court and was initiated as a member of the Alpha Phi chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated.

She spoke about the brilliance of her college journey in a post on her Instagram following the commencement ceremony.

“It’s been real CAU… The jewels that I am taking away from this experience are invaluable . This experience has truly been a dream. In the beginning I had no direction of who I would be or where I would wanna go throughout my matriculation here. When I finally found my way.. there was no looking back. Thank you CAU for the culture, community, opportunities, and life experiences that money can’t buy. I am forever in debt to Clark Atlanta University. We made it.”

Reonna Paul, part of the group of celebrity children, has made a notable choice to start their college journey at HBCUs. This group includes the oldest children of actor Boris Kodjoe and Nicole Ari Parker, as well as the children of writer/comedian Chris Spencer. They have successfully completed their first year at Howard University. Also, the daughter of rapper and Love & Hip Hop star Lil' Scrappy recently finished her freshman year at Savannah State University. Rapper Trick Daddy's son graduated from Florida A&M earlier this month, and Barry Sanders' son Nigel Sanders graduated from Howard University last Saturday.
