The Orlando Magic will be without high-flyer Aaron Gordon on Monday against the Portland Trail Blazers.

Gordon is dealing with right knee inflammation:

Aaron Gordon has appeared in 54 games for the Magic this season. He's averaging 14.4 points, 7.6 rebounds and 3.5 assists while shooting 43.3 percent from the field, 31.3 percent from beyond the arc and 67.2 percent from the free-throw line.

The Magic are 27-33 on the season. They are in seventh place in the Eastern Conference standings. Orlando is trying to make the playoffs for the second consecutive season. They lost to the Toronto Raptors in the first round of last year's playoffs in five games.

To recall, the Magic won Game 1 in Toronto, but then lost four straight.

Gordon, 24, has career averages of 12.7 points, 6.4 rebounds and 2.3 assists with the Magic.
