Apparently not everyone has been on board with the direction of the Philadelphia 76ers the past few seasons.

Under the guidance of Sam Hinkie, the 76ers began a process built on trust that involved tanking season after season, ultimately landing them a slew of top picks in Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons and now Markelle Fultz.

It looks like it may now be time for the process to have paid off, but Dallas Mavericks rookie point guard Dennis Smith Jr. isn't buying it.

“What's fun about losing games?” Smith said. “What's fun about losing?”

“Bro, the season hasn't even started,” Fultz replied. “Have you won one game in the NBA yet?”

The two rookie point guards were together playing video games on a Twitch broadcast and didn't have any issue sharing the real feelings.

There will be an inherent rivalry between the two with both being lottery point guards from this past draft. Fultz of course went No. 1 to the 76ers while the Mavs picked Smith ninth overall.

Both are clearly not short of confidence and exchanges like this will make the times when they do match up on the court next season even that much more compelling.
