Emotions were running high on Tuesday as the Dallas Mavericks took on the Los Angeles Clippers in a matchup that has a bit of history between the players on both sides. Mavs star Luka Doncic, who has been a bit banged up of late, has no love lost for Clippers guard Terance Mann and unsurprisingly, the pair got into it early in the game.
Doncic showcased his strength as he forcefully backed Mann down in the post. The Clippers guard couldn't stop Luka and the Mavs star made sure to let him know after the play (h/t Bleacher Report on Twitter):

Luka's NSFW trash talk earned him a technical foul, which I honestly feel was so worth it for him. You can literally hear the Mavs guard screaming at Mann after the play as he stared him down.
Mann himself is no pushover and he decided to confront Doncic after the incident. It is unclear what Luka had to say, but it seems like he just reiterated his earlier jab. As the commentator said in the broadcast, there is definitely some history between these two.
The Mavs are in dire need of a win here as they entered Tuesday's matchup on a three-game losing skid. Their last defeat came at the hands of the Clippers on Sunday, which adds even more motivation for Doncic and Co. to escape with a victory here.
