Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic closed out his amazing performance on Sunday with a awe-inspiring buzzer-beater to lift the Mavs to a 135-133 overtime victory over the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 4 of their first-round matchup.
Anyone who saw that amazing shot go in (except for Clippers fans, of course) surely got more than a little bit excited by the game-winner, but perhaps none more so than this family:
This family had every right to get hyped following what was a tremendous overall performance from the 21-year-old stud. The cherry (a very big one) on top of the cake was his game-winner in overtime, which allowed the Mavs to level the series at two wins apiece.
Doncic has been on an absolute tear of late, and his remarkable 43-point, 17-rebound, 13-assist triple-double (his second in this series alone) was yet another impressive showing from the 6-foot-7 superstar. Over the first four games of the series, Doncic is averaging 31.5 points (on 51.8 percent shooting), 10.5 rebounds, 9.8 assists, and 1.5 steals. He has also knocked down 2.8 triples per contest on a 37.9 percent clip. Oh, and also, the young Slovenian was playing through a sprained left ankle without Kristaps Porzingis at his side on Sunday, making this even more impressive.
Despite Luka Doncic's heroics, however, the second-seeded Clippers are still the favorite to come out of this first-round series. Nonetheless, with Doncic at the helm, the Mavs continue to have a great shot at upsetting LA.
