One of the most highly anticipated Week 1 games on the college football slate will see the Miami Hurricanes taking on the defending champion Alabama Crimson Tide.

D'Eriq King is back at quarterback for Miami and their offense will look to hang with a young Crimson Tide offense that has plenty or promising playmakers.

The Hurricanes defense prides themselves on getting turnovers and displaying the ever popular ā€œturnover chain.ā€

It first came to the spotlight in the 2017 season for Miami and with the 2021 campaign about to begin, ā€œThe Uā€ is teasing a brand new look at its turnover chain.

Open up the briefcase!

What an electric tease from The U in less than 10 seconds.

That Miami defense will have to deal with Bryce Young, the electric young quarterback for the Crimson Tide who is expected to be just the next in line of great college quarterbacks that Nick Saban has ran through his program.

Alabama comes into the year ranked No. 1, coming off a National Championship season a year ago. Guys like Mac Jones, Jaylen Waddle and Heisman Trophy winner DeVonta Smith are gone but the Tide don't rebuild, they recharge. With a new wave of talent in, Alabama is expected to be right in the middle of the title chase when January rolls around.

The Hurricanes and their defense, along with the turnover chain, will try and flip that narrative on its head Saturday with Miami looking to pull off a major upset in Week 1.
