The Michigan football program is off to an unbelievable start to the season, as they are currently 8-0, No. 2 in the country and have played dominant football all season long. There is a lot of hope that Michigan football can get over the hump and win the national championship this season and potentially go 15-0, and head coach Jim Harbaugh said he would get a tattoo if his team is able to pull it off.

“If we go undefeated, I'm going to get a 15-0 tattoo,” Jim Harbaugh said, according to Clayton Sayfie of TheWolverine.com. “Probably on the shoulder. And a block ‘M' over it.”

Michigan football has not been heavily tested this season, but they have passed with flying colors in every game this season. The Wolverines have not given up 10 points in a game yet this season. There are two big tests remaining in the regular season for them that will determine their fate for the College Football Playoff.

After the bye this week, Michigan will face Purdue at home in a game that the Wolverines should be able to win. After that, Michigan's first big test will be on the road against Penn State. Then they have a road game against Maryland ahead of the regular season finale at home against Ohio State.

The next four games will determine the fate of Michigan's season. The expectation is not just to make the College Football Playoff, but to win the national championship. The first task is winning the Big Ten by beating out Penn State and Ohio State, which would lock the Wolverines into the playoff.
