The Chicago White Sox and Milwaukee Brewers will complete their three-game series on Sunday night. It's time to continue our MLB odds series and make a White Sox-Brewers prediction and pick.

The Brewers have dominated this battle of division leaders. Milwaukee took the first two matchups by a combined score of 13-2. The White Sox came into this series as one of the hottest offenses in baseball, but the Brewers' pitching staff clearly cooled them off over the last couple of days. This series finale is a big game for both squads, as they both look to build on their respective division leads.

Here's how the bookmakers have set the lines for Sunday's matchup.

Under 7 1/2 runs (-110)

Why The White Sox Could Win

Despite their recent cold streak, the White Sox are still one of the best offenses in baseball. They rank in the top 10 in the league in batting average, slugging percentage, OBP, and OPS. This lineup is clearly a tough one for any pitcher, even Milwaukee starter Brandon Woodruff.

Woodruff's stats on the season are incredible, but he has looked mortal in his last seven starts. Over that span, Woodruff's ERA rose from 2.04 to 3.14. His WHIP also rose, jumping from 0.83 to 1.00. Both are still great numbers, but they show that he isn't completely untouchable.

Speaking of completely untouchable, the White Sox are sending Lance Lynn to the mound for Sunday Night Baseball. The Chicago ace owns a 1.94 ERA and a 1.02 WHIP on the season, both fantastic numbers. The Brewers are a poor offensive team, ranking in the bottom 10 in batting average, OPS, and slugging percentage. It's hard to see Lynn giving up more than a couple of runs to this Milwaukee offense.

The Brewers also struggle against right-handed pitching. Their team batting average, OBP, and OPS all fall against righties. Lynn should completely dominate this Milwaukee lineup with ease.

Why The Brewers Could Win

If Milwaukee wins this game, it'll be because of a great performance from Woodruff. He has put together plenty of great performances this season, so another one right here isn't out of the question.

It helps that the White Sox struggle against right-handed pitching. Chicago sees a drop in batting average, slugging percentage, and OPS when facing righties. Seven of the projected starters in this White Sox lineup have faced Woodruff at some point in their career. Only one of those hitters has ever recorded a hit against Woodruff.

Lynn is at a similar point in the year to Woodruff. His season-long numbers have been elite, but his last seven games have seen a slight dip. Over that span, Lynn has pitched to the tune of a 3.00 ERA and a 1.18 WHIP. Much like Woodruff, both numbers are still good, but they show that Lynn has been somewhat hittable as of late.

Final White Sox-Brewers Prediction & Pick

The obvious pick here is the under, but I don't think that's the best bet on the board. The odds on the White Sox are too good to resist at +148, as there's no way the Brewers should be that heavily favored, even after two straight wins. The White Sox have a good shot at winning this game, and the odds make it a great opportunity to pick them.

FINAL PICK: Chicago White Sox ML (+148)
