Chicago Cubs outfielder Nicholas Castellanos has certainly made himself feel right at home since arriving in a trade with the Detroit Tigers at the trade deadline, and on Friday, he hit his 10th home run as a member of the Cubs with this monster two-run blast off of Milwaukee Brewers starter Chase Anderson:

Castellanos entered the afternoon slashing .352/.386/.685 over 114 plate appearances in Chicago, and now, he has 10 long balls and 18 RBI in the Windy City.
On the season overall, Castellanos has slashed .290/.340/.509 with 21 homers, 46 doubles and 53 RBI across 553 trips to the dish.
The 27-year-old was originally selected by the Tigers in the first round (44th pick overall) of the 2010 MLB Draft. He went on to make his big-league debut with the club in 2013, logging five hits in 18 plate appearances.
Article Continues BelowHe then became a full-time starter the following season, slashing .259/.306/.394 with 11 dingers and 66 RBI through 579 trips to the plate. He posted very similar numbers in 2015, slashing .255/.303/.419 with 15 homers and 73 RBI over 595 plate appearances before having a breakout season of sorts in 2016 when he slashed .285/.331/.496 with 18 long balls and 58 RBI across 447 trips to the dish.
Castellanos never looked back from that point moving forward, as he another impressive year in 2017, slashing .272/.320/.490 with 26 home runs, 36 doubles, 10 triples and 101 RBI.
He then proceeded to have the best season of his career to date in 2018, registering a slash line of .298/.354/.500 with 23 home runs, 46 doubles and 89 RBI.
The Cubs entered Friday afternoon's action on a bit of a roll, as they are coming off of a pivotal sweep of the New York Mets to give themselves some space in the hunt for the second National League Wild Card spot.
