Thursday's duel between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Milwaukee Bucks was one of the most anticipated matchups this season. The result wasn't so much in favor of Giannis Antetokounmpo's fans as LeBron James put on his best performance. The Laker win and James' season-high in points wasn't enough. The fan seemed to hint that Antetokounmpo was wrong in declaring himself king especially since LeBron James has been nothing but dominant against him.

NBA Memes pointed out Antetokounmpo's mediocre free-throw shooting performance in relation to LeBron James'. Thursday's game wasn't too revealing as James shot 2-of-2 while Giannis shot 2-of-4.
Season-wise, LeBron James is shooting 71.9 percent from the free-throw line as opposed to Antetokounmpo's 58.6 percent clip.

Another meme referenced a scene from the 2018 film Black Panther, where Killmonger was about to beat T'Challa for the crown. The meme isn't that far from reality since when Giannis was crowned MVP for the second consecutive time, LeBron James wasn't too happy with it. On Thursday, James proved to everyone that he's still several steps ahead of the Greek Freak.
