In the upcoming NBA 2K18 game, there are several new features one of which are all-time teams for many of the historic
franchise across the league.

Among the organizations to receive this was the Los Angeles Lakers as NBA 2K went to social media to unveil their all-time team that features several Hall of Famers.

The expected faces such as Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, James Worthy, Kobe Bryant, Wilt Chamberlain and Shaquille O'Neal are present on the team.

There is even the inclusion of big man Pau Gasol, who could be viewed as a surprise selection to be a member given that he spent just six and a half years in Los Angeles. That said, he did help them reach three straight NBA Finals while winning two in the process as a major contributor.

There a couple of notable players left out of the mix such as Hall of Famers Jerry West and Elgin Baylor, who both helped lead the franchise to eight NBA Finals appearances. Beyond that, they are regarded as being among the greatest players to play the game that included being mentioned as members of the NBA 50th Anniversary All-Time Team.

It is likely they are members of the entire team and were just not featured in the photo that was shared on social media. If anything, this at least builds some anticipation for the game to use the Lakers' stacked team.
