The Los Angeles Lakers, Milwaukee Bucks and Philadelphia 76ers are the front-runners to land sharpshooter Kyle Korver once he reaches a buyout agreement with the Phoenix Suns, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Korver began his NBA career with the Sixers and played with Lakers superstar LeBron James on the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Bucks, meanwhile, want to surround MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo with as many shooters as possible.

This past season with the Cavs and Utah Jazz, Kyle Korver averaged 8.6 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.2 assists while shooting 41.6 percent from the field, 39.7 percent from beyond the arc and 82.2 percent from the free-throw line.

You can expect LeBron to reach out to Korver soon. The Lakers, who are still waiting to see if Kawhi Leonard will join them, need to fill out the roster with more shooting. Los Angeles agreed to a deal with veteran small forward Jared Dudley on Tuesday.

The Sixers rebounded nicely after losing Jimmy Butler to the Miami Heat and J.J. Redick to the New Orleans Pelicans. Philly got guard Josh Richardson from the Heat in the sign-and-trade deal involving Butler, re-signed Tobias Harris to a max contract and agreed to a deal with All-Star big man Al Horford. The Sixers would love to sign Korver as their replacement for Redick.
