NBA icon Magic Johnson listed down five players who he thinks would've been superstars in the Michael Jordan era.

Johnson recently spoke with Stephen A. Smith to discuss The Last DanceAnswering Smith's query, Johnson believes that LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, Anthony Davis, and Giannis Antetokounmpo could play in the era Jordan was in.

Johnson noted that Durant could probably be a potent scorer not just in his era, but in others as well. Also, Magic believes that Curry could probably shoot the way he does now.

Smith raised the question probably to hush some critics who say that today's players wouldn't fare well in other eras. Some say that today's superstars won't succeed in a much more physical playing environment.

And Johnson seems to be the perfect guy to share his opinion on the matter. After all, Johnson and the Los Angeles Lakers attained glory in the 80s where there were no hand-check rules and flagrant fouls were really flagrant fouls.

While the Lakers were at the height of the powers, Michael Jordan was the fastest rising star in the league. Everybody knew then that he could score at will. But whether or not he could guide a team to a title still had to be decided.

The matter was decided in the 1991 NBA Finals where Jordan's Bulls and Johnson's Lakers matched up. To everyone's surprise, the Bulls booted out the Lakers in five games. It signaled the end of the Showtime dynasty and the start of a new era.
