Stephon Marbury is determined to make a comeback to the NBA at 40 years of age, but while coming to his native Brooklyn Nets could be a potentially viable option, the three-time Chinese Basketball Association champion wouldn't close the doors on coming back to play for some of his former teams.

Some fans wouldn't mind seeing Starbury in the Phoenix Suns' orange jersey once again, where he spent three of his 13 NBA seasons, putting up 21 points per game during his time with the franchise.

While some fans figured he would like to stay close to home for one last hurrah, others would like to go full-circle and see Marbury come back to the Minnesota Timberwolves, the first team he played for after being selected by the Milwaukee Bucks with the fourth pick and consequently traded to the Twin Cities.

Marbury had a bright future ahead as part of the Timberwolves, coming up as a dynamic duo with then high-school big man Kevin Garnett and threatening to become one of the league's best dimers at a young age, but was shipped to New Jersey shortly after two seasons.

Some other fans opted to bring back old quotes to his memory.

Marbury replied in due manner, showing that his years away from the league have graced him with maturity.
