In a move that came in right at the deadline on Thursday, the Chicago Bulls bolstered their frontcourt a little more, adding Daniel Theis from the Boston Celtics, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

The Bulls are flipping Moe Wagner to the Celtics after agreeing to an earlier trade with the Washington Wizards. It seems that earlier Bulls-Wizards trade has expanded to a three-team deal with a bunch of other moving parts:

The highlight of the day for the Bulls came when they acquired Nikola Vucevic from the Orlando Magic. While Chicago was also linked to Lonzo Ball, the New Orleans Pelicans ended up keeping their point guard.

In 42 games and 37 starts for Boston this year, Theis averaged 9.5 points and 5.2 rebounds per game along with a block per contest. His addition gives the Bulls more depth at the center position and brings in two new faces at the spot now in Vucevic and Theis, with former first-round pick Wendell Carter Jr. being part of the package that was sent to the Magic.

For Moe Wagner, what a whirlwind of a day. You start the day a Wizard, then think you're getting shuffled to the Bulls, only to end up in Boston as a member of the Celtics. What a ride that must have been.

Theis will be an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season, so this move is one that the Bulls look at to help them now as they try to cement in a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.
