The February 10th NBA Trade Deadline is quickly approaching, which means the rumors are swirling at an all-time high. The Chicago Bulls are evidently one team that is looking to bring in some more backcourt depth in the wake of injuries to Lonzo Ball and Alex Caruso and it appears Boston Celtics guard Dennis Schroder is one of their targets, while the C's are also looking to offload forward Josh Richardson.

Via Bleacher Report:

In other Celtics discussions, Boston continues searching for landing spots for point guard Dennis Schroder and wing Josh Richardson. A framework of Schroder to Chicago for Troy Brown Jr. and a second-round pick has circulated around the league, while the Jazz have been consistently mentioned as a possible destination for Richardson.

The Bulls could certainly use a player like Schroder who can score and facilitate. He hasn't really fit in Boston like they would've hoped and he could see a pretty big opportunity in the Windy City until Ball and Caruso return. At that point, the German is more than capable of playing a bench role, which is very familiar to him.

As for Troy Brown Jr, it wouldn't exactly be a huge loss for the Bulls. He's averaging just 4.7 points and 3.2 rebounds per game this season, featuring in 39 contests. From a Celtics perspective though, a second-rounder and Brown Jr isn't a lot of return for Schroder but perhaps, Boston is planning to make moves elsewhere as well.
