One man who seems likely to switch sides before the February 6 trade deadline is Sacramento Kings shooting guard Bogdan Bogdanovic. The 27-year-old has been the subject of several trade rumors of late, with teams like the Los Angeles Lakers and the Charlotte Hornets showing some serious interest in trading for the third-year man. This is via ESPN's Zach Lowe.

The Bogdan Bogdanovic situation could go to the wire. The Lakers and Hornets are among teams who have expressed interest, sources say. The Sixers seem like a natural fit, but the two teams do not appear to have had any substantive talks.

As Lowe notes, the Philadelphia 76ers are another team that are in the mix, but with their unwillingness to part ways with some of their most valuable assets, it does not appear that Bogdanovic will be a Sixer anytime soon.

The Lakers are looking to add some depth and more 3-point shooting to their squad with the objective of further fortifying their title bid this season and are rumored to have discussed a swap involving Kyle Kuzma. As for the Hornets, adding young and promising talents has become their mantra as they look to their future. Bogdanovic would be an excellent fir for both situations.

It is worth noting, however, that Kings have a team option on Bogdanovic's deal for next season. This means that if they wanted to, they could match any offer for him this summer. At this point, keeping the talented Serbian for the long haul still remains to be an option for the Kings.
