Memphis Grizzlies point guard Ja Morant and New Orleans Pelicans forward Zion Williamson were AAU teammates, so they already have chemistry.

It was on display with this sick half-court alley oop which Morant threw to Williamson in the Rising Stars Game:

Morant and Williamson are two athletic specimens. NBA fans are hoping these two kids can stay healthy and dominate the league for the next decade or so.

Morant is averaging 17.6 points, 3.5 rebounds and 7.1 assists for the Grizzlies, while Williamson is putting up 22.1 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 10 games with the Pelicans.

Morant is the front runner for the 2020 Rookie of the Year Award. However, if Williamson can continue to put up superstar numbers and lead the Pelicans to a possible playoff berth, the race between Ja and Zion could come right down to the wire.
