It looks like Atlanta Hawks sharpshooter Trae Young and Memphis Grizzlies youngster Ja Morant have a plan for the NBA All-Star Game on Sunday.

Speaking to reporters on Saturday, Young revealed that he has talked to Morant to help him get his first ever in-game dunk. The Grizzlies star already has a lot of such dunks in his highlight reel, but the Hawks guard? Not really. With that said, he wants to change things when Team Durant faces Team LeBron in the main event of the NBA All-Star weekend.

“I’ve never had a dunk in a game before. Hopefully, we get a dunk in the game tomorrow, and I get a lob from Ja. I told him I need a lob,” Morant shared, via Bally Sports South.

Both Trae Young and Ja Morant will start for Team Durant on Sunday, so fans might not have to wait for long to see that Ja alley-oop to Trae. Besides, NBA All-Star Games tend to start with no defense, so that might be the best opportunity for the two to do whatever they are planning.

It is certainly one to keep an eye on, especially since it will be a big first for Ice Trae.

Maybe we'll also see Ja fire a long-range bomb from halfcourt off an assist from Young? Who knows, but hopefully, Ice Trae gave him some tips to do it.
