Jayson Tatum is obviously a larger-than-life individual. He has been given the opportunity to make millions of dollars playing basketball for the Boston Celtics, and he is really good at it.
Currently, Tatum is averaging 13.6 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game while shooting 45 percent from the 3-point line. Tatum is truly an extraordinary rookie and he looks to be a franchise star for the Celtics further in his career. Nonetheless, celebrities must even follow the trivial rules of society. This is all the more true, considering that Tatum is still a teenager at 19 years of age.
After the Celtics beat the Clippers on Wednesday night, Tatum wanted to relax and have some fun at an L.A. club. Apparently, a bouncer recognized him and didn't ask for an autograph. He immediately rejected Tatum because of his age, and he was clearly embarrassed.

Tatum most likely found somewhere else to go for a night on the town, but this incident is an awkward one. Tatum is 19 yet he is already a father and is being entrusted to lead the Celtics back into title contention. That's an awful amount of stress to be placed on a young man's shoulders. Nonetheless, this incident most likely didn't bother the rookie since he had to be out of town anyway in the coming hours.
This proves that celebrities have to follow the same rules as regular people, at least when others are watching. In two years, Tatum can go to whatever club he wants as an invited guest. More importantly, the Celtics will be even closer to their goal by that time.
