Kemba Walker got his first playoff series win as the Boston Celtics beat the Philadelphia 76ers 113-106 on Sunday, sweep their rival.

Walker, who signed with the Celtics last summer, finished off the game with a team-high 32 points while shooting 8-for-15 from the field. In addition to his spectacular scoring, Walker dished out four assists and grabbed four rebounds. The 30-year-old All-Star guard will now be playing in the semi-finals for the first time in his nine-year career.

In a video conference call with reporters on Sunday, the Celtics guard mentioned a few times that he came to Boston to “play high-level basketball. To play in the playoffs. To win playoff games. That's what I came here for.” Furthermore, Walker talked about his rehab on the knee injury he suffered back in January.

“It's been great. It's not over. I need to stay on top of it. We're looking forward to some more tough ones (games),” Walker said on Sunday.

Walker was put on minute restrictions throughout the Celtics' eight seeding games due to that nagging knee injury. That same injury caused him to miss 12 games before the NBA hiatus, however, as Walker said, he'll stay on top of it moving forward.

The Celtics will now move on to the second round of the playoffs to play either the Toronto Raptors or the Brooklyn Nets. The Raptors currently have a 3-0 lead over the Nets and they'll play their fourth game on Sunday. If the Raptors win on Sunday, Game 1 of the semi-finals will take place next week.
