Kyrie Irving and Gordon Hayward will need to have a conversation pretty soon.

About what, pray tell? Well, Irving's theory that earth is flat, of course.

Let's explain. Irving has been on this whole tirade about the earth being flat since about February of this year. He's offered several explanations for his thinking, including at one point walking back his comments a little bit.

But in recent interviews, he has not backed down from his claim. Even Celtics president of basketball operations Danny Ainge joined in on the fun when Irving dropped 47 points in late November.

But Hayward isn't convinced. In a Twitch video, where he's seen playing a video game while a camera is pointed at his face, a user asked him if the earth really was flat or Irving was plain wrong.

“I'm pretty sure Kyrie's wrong,” Gordon said.

This whole flat-earth thing is ridiculous, anyway. Irving knows full well that earth is round — it's actually spherical in shape —  but he doesn't want to admit it because he's on this odd mission to prove that he's the most woke individual in the NBA.

But Irving is only 25 years old, and hasn't had that much life experience since he's spent the bulk of his adult life in the NBA.

In time, he'll see the error of is ways. In the meantime, watch the video, and sound off in the comments.
