In their loss to the Dallas Mavericks, Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant had a rough shooting night. After the game, one reporter asked if head coach Steve Nash should hand out advice to the forward. Nash brushed the question off, noting that Durant will be just fine.
Durant had a total of 20 points but he shot 7-of-21 from the field and 0-of-4 from deep. In the second half, he shot just 1-of-10. His struggles may be to blame for the Nets' 113-109 loss to the Mavericks. However, Nash believes that Durant knows how to bounce back from a rough night.
Kevin Durant went 1-for-10 in the 2nd half tonight in Dallas, what does Steve Nash need to say to him?

This marks their fourth consecutive loss — the longest slump for the season. While the games have no bearing at this point as the Nets are already in the playoffs with home-court advantage, fans can't help but worry.
Several playoff teams are peaking at this point in the season, squeezing out victories left and right. This bodes well for them as they want to establish that winning rhythm ahead of the playoffs. It will greatly help in their resolve and their confidence — two important elements that every team needs to survive in the postseason.
But from the looks of it, Nash isn't too bothered by the losses and Durant's rough night. Of all the people in the world, it's Nash who knows the identity of his team. He knows that they will do everything in their power to end this season on a good note. As such, fans should expect the Nets to put on a string of excellent performances as they head to the postseason.
