The Milwaukee Bucks snapped the Cleveland Cavaliers’ five-game win streak Tuesday, as they took down LeBron James and company at home, 119-116.
It didn’t come easy for the Bucks, however. Milwaukee looked poised to get a convincing victory, as it held a 15-point lead at the start of the fourth quarter, but James and the Cavs refused to go down gently, outscoring the Bucks in the final period, 33-21.
Fortunately for the Bucks, they did just enough to stave off Cleveland. They should also be thankful for this clutch bucket from Giannis Antetokounmpo, who turned what could’ve been a costly Milwaukee turnover into an insurance policy for the Bucks.

Prior to that basket, the Bucks were clinging to a two-point lead, meaning the Cavs were still a just possession away from either taking the lead or evening the score up.
James perfectly timed Khris Middleton’s pass to Antetokounmpo, but failed to recover the ball completely, leading to a broken defensive play that ended with The Greek Freak’s under-goal stab plus a foul from Kyle Korver.
Giannis Antetokounmpo would finish the game with a near triple-double of 27 points, 13 rebounds, and eight assists, but it’s the win he’ll be savoring the most. The Bucks improve to 16-13 after ending their three-game skid and will look to build a win streak of their own on Friday against the Charlotte Hornet at home.
