Walker finished with 37 points, 10 assists and six rebounds in what ended up being a 125-118 win over the Chicago Bulls, going 10-of-23 from the floor, 4-of-9 from three-point range and 13-of-14 from the free-throw line.
On the season overall, Walker is averaging 24.6 points, 5.6 assists, 4.3 rebounds and 1.2 steals over 34.3 minutes per game while shooting 43.2 percent from the field, 35.9 percent from long distance and 82.3 percent from the charity stripe.
The 28-year-old, who played his collegiate basketball at the University of Connecticut, was originally selected by Charlotte with the ninth overall pick of the 2011 NBA Draft.

He has made the All-Star team each year since then, including this season.
However, Walker is set to be an unrestricted free agent this summer, so there is a decent possibility he will be playing his basketball elsewhere at the start of the 2019-20 campaign.
The Hornets improved to 26-26 with the win over the Bulls and will take on the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday night.
