Donald Trump is seemingly in the media every day now talking about either the NBA or NFL, and that was the case once again on Friday, saying that he wouldn't invite the Golden State Warriors or the Cleveland Cavaliers to the White House. Dubs head coach Steve Kerr wasn't interested in talking about it before Game 4, saying that he as focused on the game and that it wasn't something he was worried about.

Trump told reporters on Friday via Sports Illustrated: ”I didn't invite LeBron James, and I didn't invite Steph Curry. We're not going to invite either team.”

This was a response to LeBron James saying that neither the Warriors or Cavaliers would be going to the White House, no matter what team won.

“That's typical of him. I know no matter who wins this series, no one wants to go anyway,” said James.

This seems to be a never-ending battle, and won't be resolved until Trump is out of office. It seems if Trump thinks a team is going to outshow him by not showing up, he just decides to uninvite them, as to not embarrass himself.

The Minnesota Lynx also weren't invited to the White House, but they instead committed to a day of service, giving out shoes to a school in need in the D.C. area. Trump said there is a chance that the Washington Capitals can come to the White House.

”If they want to be here, it's the greatest place on Earth. I'm here. If they don't want to be here, I don't want them.”
