According to Brad Turner of the Los Angeles Times, LA Clippers guard Austin Rivers suffered a left ankle injury during practice on Thursday and is listed as questionable for Friday night's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Rivers could be the third Clippers starter that may miss the game in Oklahoma City due to injury, as guard Patrick Beverley (knee) and forward Danilo Gallinari (glute) have already been ruled out according to Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints.

This is not the news this team needed heading into Friday's game against a star-studded Thunder roster, as the Clippers have lost three straight and five of their last six contests after they started off the season with a 4-0 record.

Without Rivers, Beverley and Gallinari in the starting lineup, the Clippers will likely have to rely heavily on contributions from guard Lou Williams, forward Wesley Johnson and ex-Houston Rockets forward Sam Dekker as well as rookie point guard Jawun Evans.

In his first 10 games for the Clippers in the 2017-18 NBA regular season, Rivers is currently averaging 12.6 points, 2.4 assists, 1.7 rebounds, and 2.1 steals per game in 32.1 minutes of action per game.
