Spencer Dinwiddie missed an open corner three, but Doncic goes up and over Dwight Howard for a massive put back jam. Doncic is known for his shooting, craftiness, ball-handling and ability to pass exceptionally well. But on this play, he showed he can leap as well.

Since entering the league, Doncic has far exceeded expectations and almost immediately became one of the best players in the NBA. Doncic averaged 21 points, eight rebounds and six assists as a rookie and has only got better. Quietly, he is having arguable his best season yet, posting 28 points, over nine rebounds and nine assists per game. He is also putting up career highs in both steals and blocks this season.
The Mavs were without big man Kristaps Porzingis due to injury for parts of the season, and then traded him away. Those circumstances left Doncic needing to take on an even larger role with the team. The Mavs star has not disappointed and has helped Dallas climb to fifth in the Western Conference.
