The Dallas Mavericks are set to take on the Utah Jazz in the first round of the 2022 NBA Playoffs. The Western Conference matchup kicks off Saturday afternoon with Game 1 in Utah. Despite the Mavs' upcoming postseason tournament run, Mark Cuban has other things on his mind.
The Mavs owner tweeted his latest chaotic business idea Thursday morning.

Cuban proposed the tag-team Twitter takeover after Elon Musk bid a whopping $43 million to completely buy out the social media platform.

Cuban is right, a Musk/Thiel dual ownership would certainly get Twitter talking. Musk, the CEO of Tesla Motors, and Thiel, a co-founder of PayPal, are both known for their futuristic business endeavors (i.e. space travel and artificial intelligence) and their public political views.
The Mavs owner didn't include himself in his plan to “see the whole world lose their shit.” As mentioned earlier, Cuban is pretty busy right now. As the fourth seed, Dallas is a slight favorite to win the first-round series against the fifth seed Jazz.
If that's the case, they will move on to face either the Phoenix Suns, New Orleans Pelicans, or the Los Angeles Clippers. The Pelicans and the Clippers will continue to fight for their spot in the first round against the Suns.
