The Detroit Pistons have upgraded point guard Derrick Rose from questionable to a game-time decision for Monday's home game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Rose has missed the last four games due to a hamstring strain.

If he doesn't play against the Timberwolves, Rose could play on Tuesday versus the Miami Heat. The Pistons announced last week that Rose continues a treatment and rehabilitation regimen. His progress for a return to action will be monitored on a day-to-day basis.
In six games this season, Rose is averaging 20.8 points, 1.5 rebounds, and 6.3 assists. The former MVP is shooting 56.2 percent from the field and 88.9 percent from the free-throw line.
The Pistons are anxious to get Rose and All-Star power forward Blake Griffin back. Griffin is playing on Monday against Minnesota. We could see Rose and Griffin play together this week.
Detroit made the playoffs last season for the first time since 2016. Once Griffin and Rose come back and find their rhythm on the court, the Pistons should be able to compete for another playoff berth in the East.
As of Monday, Detroit is 4-6 on the season. The Pistons should be happy that they went 4-6 without Griffin. Now that Blake is back, Detroit will look to go on a winning streak.
