Detroit Pistons forward Blake Griffin decided to use technology to his advantage when making his case to a referee in Friday night's game against the Indiana Pacers.
Griffin was clearly unhappy with a call made against him in the game, so rather than just use his words to explain himself, he chose to offer some visual evidence.
How so? By grabbing an iPad and pleading his case.

Well, everyone talks about the benefits of technology, and it appears that Blake Griffin has found a new way to help players around the league try to explain their stance on certain calls.
Of course, it's pretty funny to think about this happening back in the days before this type of technology was invented.

For example, what if the stars of the Pistons' “Bad Boys” era had brought out the iPads to further their case on specific plays? Now that would have been quite the sight.
Unfortunately for Blake Griffin, his approach didn't do too much for the Pistons, as they were unable to find much consistency in suffering a 125-88 defeat at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
The loss dropped the Pistons to 16-17 overall, and the schedule doesn't get that much easier for the next several weeks.
Griffin and company will continue their road swing with three more games, with the next one coming on Sunday against the Orlando Magic.
After that, the Pistons will get two home games before starting a four-game trip out west that will start with a showdown with the Los Angeles Lakers on Jan. 9.
