In his darkest days, Craig Sager is living his dream. Being able to continue sideline reporting, getting close to the action, and, most of all, wearing all of his most expressive colorful outfits.
Sager works for Turner (TNT), which has finished it’s season of NBA basketball coverage, and thus Sager’s reporting.
ESPN extended an invitation to him to help Doris Burke cover Game 6 of the NBA Finals in between the Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers, and some of his other colleagues decided to get in on the love as well.
In honor of Sager accepting his invitation, ESPN’s Mike Breen and Doris Burke made a special shout out video just for him, to make sure he felt the overflow of love, which you can take a look at below along with a few messages from some of his other ESPN peers.
