After discussing a potential comparison between Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green and Hall of Famer Charles Barkley as undersized power forwards, Inside The NBA guest panelist Baron Davis made a point about a generational gap between the 90s, where Barkley played and the 10s where Green got started.
The former Warriors point guard-turned-analyst claimed that there was a disconnect between generations and that Green might not have been aware of just how integral Barkley's role was at revolutionizing the power forward position at his size.
While the rest of the crew nodded in agreement, Green was vehemently disagreed with Davis running to conclusions.
Definitely know my history. Watched a lot of Barkley in my life. We are about the same height and had/have some point forward to us.

A few similarities but a lot of difference. Comments will always be taken out of context and the questions are never told in stories.

If I can have half the career then I think I did pretty well for myself. However, I try to create my own lane in this league!

I appreciate everybody who came before me, but your job as a player is to make the game better than it was when you got it. That's my goal!

Davis later praised Green for his respect for those who came before him and his aspirations of greatness as an NBA player.
Draymond Green is Draymond Green and someone will come along and be compared or mention in the same breathe.. great to great #PlayersOnly
