Upon hearing Draymond Green‘s response to a potential comparison to his game, Inside The NBA analyst Charles Barkley was not the least bit offended by not being the dynamic forward's role model.

“Draymond is a very good player, I'm not gonna say anything bad about him,” said Barkley. “I don't take offense if people are not a fan of mine. He's a terrific player, he seems like a good kid.”

He was then asked if there were any similarities between their games, which he had no problem answering.

“I think we're both undersized,” he said. “He's probably a better shooter, a better defender. He's clearly not a better scorer or a better rebounder, but he's a better shooter and a better defender.”

Guest panelist Baron Davis quickly interjected to ask “can he guard you?,” which elicited a classic Barkley response.

“C'mon man,” Barkley said to the laughter of his crew. “No way, no. I love when guys talk about guys that can play good defense. Nobody gonna stop me, Karl Malone, Kevin McHale, or Larry Bird just because somebody plays great defense.”

“You can't stop a great player.”
