With only a few weeks left in the regular season, Steve Kerr and the Golden State Warriors are still trying to figure out the best rotations. All season they have dealt with injuries, but the most recent injury to Stephen Curry hurt the most.
Now, Kerr and his staff are still looking for the best lineups possible heading into the postseason.
“I just think we have to continue to look at lineups that are going to give us some floor spacing,” Kerr told Anthony Slater. “Then the balance of youth and veterans where we can take advantage of the talent of our young guys, and the experience of our vets, and see where we can go with those combinations over the last nine games.”
Losing Curry to a foot injury has been detrimental to the team's success. He's the Warriors' best player, so of course, having him out of the lineup screws up everything.
Article Continues Below“Obviously, we wanted Steph to be a part of this, Kerr said. “It would have made things a lot easier but without him, we've got to continue to look at different lineups as we prepare for the playoffs.”

Their next challenge is Trae Young and the Atlanta Hawks. The Hawks are 36-37 this season and battling for position in the play-in tournament in the Eastern Conference.
The Warriors are a top seed in the Western Conference, and they are doing everything they can to stay there without Curry. Klay Thompson and Draymond Green are both back in the lineup, so they should be a big help in Friday night's game.
